Located in the historic Stone Center in the heart of downtown Wheeling, our flagship 600-person delivery center provides 24/7 service to clients all over the world. Our employees enjoy amenities such as free parking, Starbucks coffee and onsite dining options through Company Kitchen. Plus, our office is located just steps away from many popular local establishments.
Our employees show their dedication to the Wheeling community by fundraising and volunteering through the Bridge Committee, named for the famous Wheeling Suspension Bridge. This employee-led initiative gives our team the opportunity to support causes and non-profit organizations near and dear to their hearts.
The newest delivery center in the Williams Lea family is located in Downtown Columbus, Ohio, adjacent to the desirable German Village and Short North neighborhoods. Opened in December 2019, our office in the Grange Insurance Building offers employees free parking, a full-service cafeteria and complimentary access to the onsite fitness center. Williams Lea is a proud signer of The Columbus Commitment, which promotes gender pay equity among the city’s employers.
Our 320-person delivery center in Leeds gives our teams the opportunity to serve some of the world’s leading law firms and financial services clients while enjoying flexible work arrangements for a healthy work/life balance. One of the fastest growing cities in the United Kingdom, Leeds is a multi-cultural hub, which is reflected in the make-up of our teams. Currently, over a dozen nationalities are represented in our Leeds office with many team members participating in our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.
